Field-based feed sales internship supporting Purina dealers and cooperatives. Responsibilities include growing existing customer accounts, building prospective-customer pipelines, promoting animal nutrition solutions, evaluating local market opportunities, and participating in farm visits, customer meetings, educational events, and feed trials. Interns receive training and mentorship while developing sales, customer engagement, market analysis, and territory-growth skills. Assignments focus on animal nutrition markets such as beef, dairy, equine, swine, and lifestyle species.

Supports the Government Relations team through public policy research, memo and hearing-summary development, stakeholder mapping, meeting preparation, policy monitoring, grassroots system updates, and coordination of legislative, advocacy, trade association, and in-district events. The intern will work with team members and corporate functions while developing experience in government processes, agriculture policy, and communications.

Develop territory-based livestock feed sales by assessing customer feeding programs, recommending Purina solutions, growing dealer/co-op relationships, running on-farm demos and events, and using CRM/analytics to drive sales and customer service.
