Design, develop, maintain, and support digital asset management and media systems, including automation, integrations, and infrastructure. Develop software and automated tests, manage releases, perform system administration and incident response, conduct reliability improvements, produce architectural documentation, and provide technical direction, mentoring, and continuous improvement for media workflows and metadata operations.

Support Total Rewards operations across benefits, compensation, and recognition. Tasks include processing benefits invoices and claims, administering recognition and compensation platforms, assisting with audits and open enrollment, supporting merit/promotions, maintaining SOPs and reports, and responding to employee inquiries.
