Manage strategic North American accounts and OEMs to drive profitable revenue growth. Develop account programs, pricing initiatives, proposals, and capital equipment projects from identification through installation. Present to customers, conduct business reviews, coordinate plant visits and personnel training, monitor competitors, provide emergency customer support, and maintain accurate customer and technical records. The role requires extensive field travel to manufacturing plants and collaboration with plant personnel and internal teams.
