Lead a team delivering payments and market research, client sentiment and engagement insights, RFP/due diligence support, competitive intelligence, and analyst relations. Partner with Growth, Product, Marketing, and executives to turn data into strategic actions, manage client feedback and KRIs, and support sales and product initiatives to drive satisfaction, NPS, and business improvements.

The Disputes Industry Strategist will develop marketing strategies for disputes solutions, engage clients, and create impactful presentations while collaborating cross-functionally.

Manage and govern strategic vendor and payment network relationships, negotiate and own multi-million-dollar contracts, monitor SLAs and performance, drive corrective actions and process improvements, collaborate with executives and internal stakeholders, and identify strategic opportunities to maximize value for Velera and its member credit unions.

Manage a portfolio of subscription B2C marketing clients, own end-to-end campaign planning and execution, advise on channel mix and optimization, coordinate cross-functional delivery, report performance, drive utilization and renewal readiness, and identify expansion opportunities.

Lead financial performance for the Contact Center: forecasting, in-period analysis, cost-to-serve modeling, pricing and profitability analysis. Partner cross-functionally to monitor performance, identify risks/opportunities, support business cases, and improve reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.

Manage strategic relationships with Veleras largest GSP partners, drive revenue growth, deliver strategic business reviews, develop account plans, negotiate contracts, identify cross-sell opportunities, and coordinate internal teams to implement payment and ecommerce solutions.

Design, develop, test, maintain, and support secure, scalable data solutions using Snowflake and Databricks. Lead technical design, author specifications, review code, mentor engineers, ensure SDLC, audit/security compliance, and drive technical strategy while collaborating with architects and business partners. Participate in Agile ceremonies, be on-call as needed, and travel occasionally.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Windows and Azure platform infrastructure. Implement IaC (Terraform/ARM), CI/CD pipelines, identity and access solutions (Azure AD, SSO, MFA), AD/Group Policy/AD schema management, virtualization, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud networking and security. Partner with architects and development teams, ensure reliability and compliance, and mentor junior engineers.

Provide technical advisory and solution feasibility analysis for enterprise AI initiatives. Evaluate AI engineering approaches, integration complexity, reusable components, and architectural tradeoffs. Support prototyping guidance, vendor capability evaluation, and surface governance, risk, and technical constraints to inform enterprise decisions.
