Leads the global partner program framework across MSSPs, MDR providers, GSIs, resellers, VARs, distributors, cloud marketplaces, and technology alliances. Owns partner tiering, economics, incentives, enablement, certification, governance, operational processes, partner experience, and performance measurement. Partners with executive and cross-functional teams to launch scalable programs, improve partner productivity, support services growth, and ensure consistent execution across global regions.

Leads Qualys’ North American national partner ecosystem, developing channel strategy, recruiting and activating strategic partners, building executive relationships, and driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. Responsibilities include partner enablement, joint business planning, sales collaboration, performance reporting, operating processes, and team leadership. The role requires strong cybersecurity channel expertise, executive presence, commercial acumen, and experience using Salesforce or another enterprise CRM platform.

Manage relationships with SME customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, drive renewals and upsells, oversee deployment of services, perform technical checkups, collect customer feedback for product teams, and coordinate with Support and Pre-Sales. Success measured by renewal and upsell rates and customer satisfaction.

Lead Cyber Risk Advisor monitors and analyzes customer vulnerability and asset risk using the Qualys TruRisk Platform, researches threats and exploits, produces reports and executive briefings, tracks remediation, escalates high-risk findings, supports onboarding, and contributes to playbooks and process improvements to reduce enterprise cyber risk.
