Leads and develops a West-region post-sales Cybersecurity Technical Account Manager team, executes sales strategies, drives revenue growth, manages enterprise customer relationships, analyzes sales trends, presents reports, and collaborates with marketing, product management, enablement, and sales operations. Requires cybersecurity sales leadership experience, enterprise account success, strong communication skills, and travel throughout the U.S. West territory.

Leads global integrated marketing and demand-generation programs from strategy through execution, optimizing campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, expansion, pipeline, and revenue. Owns campaign planning, ICP definition, cross-functional coordination, lead routing, launch readiness, reporting, ROI analysis, and optimization. Partners with marketing, sales, product, revenue operations, BDRs, and global teams while managing communications, budgets, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.

Manage post-sales relationships with enterprise customers, provide product and technical support, translate customer requirements to product and engineering teams, deliver presentations, identify new business opportunities, and represent the company at conferences and events.

Manage national cybersecurity partners, expanding market share and driving revenue through joint business planning, partner enablement, co-selling, pipeline generation, forecasting, and strategic account development. Establish KPIs, govern program compliance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and build executive-level relationships. The role requires extensive channel and SaaS experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, Salesforce proficiency, and regular travel for partner meetings, conferences, and QBRs.

Manages strategic cybersecurity channel partners across the TOLA territory to generate pipeline, revenue, and new customer acquisition. Develops joint business plans, enables partner sales and technical teams, drives co-selling and demand-generation initiatives, manages forecasts and KPIs in Salesforce, and maintains executive relationships. Collaborates cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, customer success, and channel operations while representing Qualys at partner meetings and industry events.

Manage relationships with SME customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, drive renewals and upsells, oversee deployment of services, perform technical checkups, collect customer feedback for product teams, and coordinate with Support and Pre-Sales. Success measured by renewal and upsell rates and customer satisfaction.
