Administer, configure, optimize, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including instance health, upgrades, patches, modules, workflows, integrations, permissions, dashboards, and performance. Ensure security, compliance, and governance; troubleshoot platform issues; automate processes; document configurations; lead enhancements and integrations; and mentor junior administrators.
