Curate and optimize cross-category e-commerce experiences for Bergdorf Goodman by managing product listings, digital journeys, inventory-driven merchandising, and campaign execution. Produce recurring performance reports, analyze KPIs and event results, troubleshoot navigation and configuration issues, monitor luxury retail competitors, and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with buying, marketing, creative, and category growth teams to improve site discovery, navigation, conversion, and revenue.

Supports daily liquidity management, cash positioning, forecasting, wire and ACH payments, intercompany transfers, bank account administration, debt and interest schedules, executive cash reporting, reconciliations, treasury controls, audit reporting, and process improvement. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Operations, and banking partners to maintain adequate liquidity, improve payment efficiency, and support long-term treasury strategy.

Leads women’s shoes merchandising strategy across luxury retail channels. Translates divisional goals into category plans, guides assortment, pricing, promotions, markdowns, and private-label development, and analyzes performance to drive profitable growth. Partners with buying, planning, marketing, digital, and product development teams while supporting brand negotiations and vendor partnerships. Leads and aligns buying teams to achieve financial and customer objectives.

Own end-to-end consignment accounting including revenue recognition, inventory accounting, vendor settlements, month-end close, reconciliations, financial modeling, controls and audit support. Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain and FP&A to analyze consignment performance, build dashboards, drive process improvements and mentor junior analysts.

Lead commercial accounting for inventory and margin across owned, consignment, concessions, and dropship channels. Own GAAP-compliant inventory valuation, reserves, COGS, audits, borrowing base reporting, ERP/IMS/OMS/POS transformations, and a team of accountants. Provide executive analysis, internal controls, and cross-functional partnership to optimize margins and liquidity.
