Develop and expand strategic relationships with national and multi-site corporate customers across North America. The role owns account strategy, consultative selling, cross-selling, upselling, contract expansion, executive reviews, and enterprise solution delivery. It requires coordinating internal teams, tracking performance and opportunities, achieving revenue and profitability goals, and serving as the primary relationship owner. Approximately 75% travel is required for customer visits, trade shows, industry events, and meetings.

Provide technical and training support to North American commercial sales, identify and develop water/wastewater treatment solutions, design and execute trials, maintain and grow product lines with R&D/Product Management, build customer and internal technical relationships, document product validation, and act as a safety leader. Manage portions of a product line or SBU with minimal supervision.

Lead automation projects across design, engineering, implementation, commissioning and lifecycle support. Serve as technical authority for control systems (DCS), provide cybersecurity and operational support, collaborate with sites and vendors, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and travel for commissioning as needed.

Responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing safety standards, providing technical support, conducting audits, offering training, and maintaining ARA software.
