Develop category leadership strategies for H-E-B by translating shopper insights, syndicated data, pricing, promotion, assortment, shelving, and merchandising analytics into actionable recommendations. Partner with H-E-B, Sales, Brand, and Customer Marketing teams to influence category growth, annual business planning, and customer decisions. Lead category captaincy and advisory initiatives, identify research opportunities, execute solutions, measure results, and continually improve category performance.
