Support the marketing team by creating multimedia content, assisting with graphic design, website content updates, video production, copywriting, and digital asset management while participating in Agile meetings and completing a comprehensive storytelling project.

Perform complex IT audits, develop audit plans, assess internal controls, draft audit reports, and communicate findings to management and stakeholders.

Lead Austin regional claims operations, providing strategic direction and oversight. Manage services quality, mentor staff, and collaborate across divisions.
