Leads Steno’s Total Rewards, HRIS, and People Data function. Responsibilities include building compensation, benefits, bonus, equity, job architecture, HR systems, analytics, and recognition programs; ensuring compliance and competitiveness; partnering with IT and business leaders; managing vendors and budgets; and developing a high-performing team.

Owns end-to-end planning and execution of Steno’s internal corporate meetings and events, including sourcing, venue and hotel contract negotiations, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, supplier management, and onsite delivery. The Senior Account Executive will manage AM Law 100 accounts, build client relationships, navigate extensive sales cycles, and drive revenue growth for Steno's court reporting solutions.

Apprentice with senior account executives to support a $10M+ book: manage client engagement logistics and events, perform prospecting and research, handle communications and scheduling, and maintain HubSpot CRM and operational hygiene to deliver timely, on-brand client support.
