Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise accounts, supporting adoption, integrations, troubleshooting, escalations, and solution optimization. Build strong client relationships, guide implementation and technical best practices, coordinate with Product and Engineering, and identify risks and improvement opportunities. Support customers across multiple time zones while influencing retention, satisfaction, product development, and long-term business value.
