The Senior Growth Marketer will lead industry-specific growth strategies at HighLevel, focusing on product adoption, activation, and expansion. Responsibilities include building growth frameworks, improving onboarding, creating content, and representing the company at events.

Lead and mature Product Design's operating model by creating lightweight rituals, clarifying priorities, managing dependencies and launch readiness, improving cross-functional engagement, and scaling research operations. Build visibility into capacity and risks, reduce recurring fire drills, and enable the design org to grow without losing velocity.

Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates to grow the HighLevel affiliate channel. Develop recruitment strategies, track KPIs, create personalized affiliate plans, enforce contracts, coordinate landing pages/offers, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, and support event participation and duties.

Lead and manage ~8 product designers across US and India to raise aesthetic quality, drive core platform and native mobile UX, and evolve the design system. Own execution, critiques, hiring, coaching, cross-functional alignment, and adoption of AI-assisted production workflows to deliver cohesive, polished customer experiences and faster product delivery.

Lead indirect tax compliance and filings (US sales & use, VAT/GST, DST), optimize tax systems and NetSuite workflows, manage nexus tracking and exemption certificates, support audits, reconcile tax GL accounts, and partner cross-functionally to integrate tax into product, billing, and finance processes.

Proactively reach out to at-risk customers via calls and emails to diagnose issues, handle objections, and retain accounts. Monitor signals (HealthScore drops, payment failures, cancellations, low usage), log interactions in CRM, recommend plan optimizations or reactivations, escalate recurring issues, and provide feedback to leadership to reduce churn and support revenue retention.

Manage end-to-end accounting operations including endorsements, month/quarter/year-end close, reconciliations, cash management, invoicing, and audit support. Drive automation and process improvements, leverage AI tools for workflows and analysis, administer NetSuite reporting, FloQast close processes, and support Ramp expense optimization while collaborating cross-functionally on fintech integrations and special projects.

Own monthly budget-vs-actuals and consolidated reporting, produce Board and investor materials, maintain rolling P&L/balance sheet/cash flow forecasts, build scenario analyses, support pre-IPO readiness, and improve FP&A processes and tooling through automation and dashboards.

Lead UX research to improve usability, consistency, and product-market fit. Conduct competitive audits, synthesize user feedback and analytics, run usability studies, contribute to design systems, produce UX artifacts, and partner with product, engineering, and design to drive user-centered improvements.

Lead Spanish-language customer implementations: translate requirements into implementation and migration plans, execute integrations, build onboarding playbooks, drive adoption and consulting milestones, deliver training/webinars, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful product adoption and renewals.
