Coordinates with project managers, sales, purchasing, manufacturers, logistics, warehouses, engineers, and customers to maintain schedules, resolve delays, support billing, and ensure contract compliance. Also standardizes document-control procedures, conducts audits, supports quality initiatives, and trains project support staff.

Reviews bid packages, gathers vendor pricing, prepares bid tabulations and customer proposals, and coordinates quotation requirements with sales teams, customers, and suppliers. The role manages deadlines, evaluates technical and commercial requirements, negotiates pricing, recommends substitute products, maintains stakeholder relationships, and uses product knowledge and digital tools to support sales growth.
