This is a fully remote quality assurance role without a client base.

Partners with plan administration, compliance, client services, and developers to define specifications, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and automation priorities. Evaluates regulatory risks and ROI, validates deployed solutions, supports change management, and monitors enhancements. Requires deep 401(k) administration expertise, business analysis experience, retirement-industry knowledge, and familiarity with Agile tools and automation technologies.

Manage the onboarding and implementation of new retirement plan clients, coordinating data collection, documents, compliance software setup, platform providers, advisors, and client communications. Review plan paperwork, answer operational questions, manage implementation timelines, and ensure work follows company procedures while delivering a strong client and advisor experience.
