Provides in-branch and phone support to AAA members regarding insurance, memberships, billing, passport photos, road-trip planning, and cashiering. The role develops insurance leads, supports agents, meets sales and service goals, and performs routine administrative duties. Training is provided, with opportunities for bonuses and advancement. Candidates need customer service or sales experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license.
