Administers employee leave and accommodation cases under FMLA, ADA, and applicable state and local laws. Tracks leave requests, deadlines, documentation, accommodations, and return-to-work processes; manages the leave mailbox; provides employee and manager guidance; maintains confidential HRIS records; coordinates with benefits, HRIS, legal, disability carriers, and leadership; facilitates accommodation discussions; prepares reporting; and improves leave-related systems, policies, and compliance processes.

The role drives process standardization, continuous improvement, policy adoption, technology implementation, training, workforce development, performance management, stakeholder alignment, budgeting, overtime oversight, expense management, and compliance across multiple offices.

Leads the firmwide knowledge management strategy and a team of knowledge management attorneys. Oversees legal content, precedents, playbooks, intranet resources, governance, quality control, AI-ready assets, technology adoption, and practice enablement. The Summer Associate will gain exposure to employment law, assist with legal research, case analysis, litigation, and prepare summaries related to employment law developments.

Lead statistical analyses of wage-and-hour, payroll, and timekeeping data for litigation and DOL audits. Manage 2–3 statisticians, develop methodologies, ensure quality control, present findings to attorneys/clients, and drive process automation and team development while leading multiple projects from intake through completion.

Lead statistician for wage & hour data analytics supporting class actions, single-plaintiff and DOL audit analyses using payroll/timekeeping data. Independently develop methodologies, manage 2–3 statisticians, ensure quality control, communicate results to attorneys and clients, and expand analytics tooling and process automation.
