Design, manage, and deliver a nationwide onboarding and integration program for senior lateral attorneys. Coordinate recruiting/pre-boarding, Day 1/week 1/month agendas, stakeholder alignment, equipment/setup, communications, and Lateral Partner Questionnaire.
