Operations Leader Trainees complete a 12–18 month rotational development program covering warehouse operations, customer service, management, business systems, and leadership. The role includes job shadowing, tailored training, mentorship, process coaching, senior-leadership exposure, and a capstone project. Trainees build operational, team leadership, communication, and customer-partnership skills while preparing for future operations leadership opportunities. Relocation may be required after program completion.

Manage accurate order processing across phone, email, text, and counter channels; handle pricing, procurement, and payments; resolve escalated customer issues; recommend product alternatives; mentor junior associates and provide pricing guidance to meet margin goals.

Drive product sales and specification adoption by architects, engineers, DOTs, and contractors through technical presentations, training, solution design, and relationship building. Monitor market and competitors, support product launches, provide field feedback to internal teams, and maintain CRM records. Frequent overnight travel required; acceptable motor vehicle record needed.
