The Inside Sales Associate III generates new sales opportunities, handles customer orders, prepares proposals, and resolves customer service issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Lead design, execution, and continuous improvement of final mile delivery across Central Dispatch and Customer Delivery Hubs. Create scalable operating models, SOPs, training, KPIs, and executive reporting. Use data to drive improvements, manage risks, partner with cross-functional teams and vendors, ensure safety and customer focus, and build/coach a high-performing team as the program and headcount grow.
