Leads manufacturing IT operations and a team of engineers and support staff. Oversees MES/SFCS, WMS, QMS, production reporting, and related systems; manages development, maintenance, system performance, redundancy, disaster recovery, and preventive maintenance. Coordinates cross-functional projects, budgets, timelines, quality standards, policies, and system improvements while reporting status and recommendations to senior management.

Supports wireless network validation and verification through LTE and 5G NR field testing. Assists with system integration, customer requirement and feedback analysis, issue diagnosis, feature validation, and performance optimization while collaborating with senior engineers.
