The Solutions Engineer will assist Mid-market and SMB Sales teams in pre-sales activities, deliver product demonstrations, manage technical evaluations, and collaborate on product improvements.

Drive top-of-funnel pipeline by identifying and researching target accounts, engaging prospects via email/phone/social, qualifying inbound/outbound leads, collaborating with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, and maintaining CRM records to build and nurture early-stage pipeline.
