Build and run ElevenLabs' Analyst Relations function for ElevenAgents in North America: develop analyst-facing narrative, manage relationships with Gartner/Forrester/IDC, prepare execs and technical leads for briefings, lead submissions for Magic Quadrant/Wave inclusion, and create ongoing cadence (newsletters, check-ins, event presence).

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive growth in Fortune 500 and large enterprises, focusing on AI voice technology and managing account strategies for government and other sectors.

Lead and scale a global go-to-market enablement function: define strategy, onboarding, technical/product/outbound training, certification, and measurement frameworks; embed AI fluency and automations; partner cross-functionally to improve seller performance and revenue.

Own the strategy and end-to-end execution of industry conferences, executive gatherings, and meetups across North America. Use AI agents and automated workflows for research, enrichment, sequencing, and monitoring. Track performance metrics, analyze market feedback, and help build the company’s government outbound strategy.

Lead the global enterprise RFP function, deciding which strategic opportunities to pursue, shaping winning response strategies, coordinating sales, product, security, legal, and executive stakeholders, and leading finalist presentations. Build an AI-first proposals engine through improved processes, tooling, automation, and pursuit intelligence. Manage a small global team initially and scale the function over time while strengthening ElevenLabs’ enterprise sales capabilities.
