The Brand and Content Lead will manage the brand presence and video content for FutureFit AI, focusing on consistency and impactful storytelling across platforms, particularly LinkedIn. Responsibilities include overseeing video production, written content creation, and collaboration with marketing teams.

Build, evaluate, and ship matching, recommendation, and ranking models for job-seeker experiences. Work with skills and occupation taxonomies and labor-market data, partner with Engineering to productionize and monitor models, and translate messy data into clear, actionable analysis for product and customers.

Build and ship full‑stack web features end-to-end using React/TypeScript and Node.js. Partner with Product, Design, and Data to deliver reliable, well-tested software, set and uphold code quality, make technical decisions, and mentor others (at senior level).
