Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing, engage senior HR, procurement, finance, and category stakeholders, deliver tailored demonstrations and proposals, and use AI-powered tools for research, account planning, and sales execution. Collaborate with product, operations, and service delivery teams while advising multinational clients on compliance and international workforce challenges.

Provides global employment and commercial legal counsel for the company and its clients. Responsibilities include advising on labor matters, drafting employment and commercial agreements, negotiating contracts, supporting litigation, partnering with global teams, and addressing corporate legal needs. Qualify prospects, generate meetings and opportunities, support account executives, collaborate with marketing on targeting and messaging, explain Papaya’s solutions, achieve quarterly quotas, and maintain accurate Salesforce records.
