Greet and assist visitors, answer and route inbound calls, manage visitor registration and temporary badges, support mailroom, hospitality, and light facilities tasks, and provide high-level customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professional appearance.

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages; manage shipping/receiving, logging, and courier coordination; operate postage, sorting, inserting, and reprographics equipment; provide customer service and administrative support; replenish supplies; cross-train in print/copy and other office services.

Serve as the front-desk brand ambassador: greet visitors, manage guest logs and access badges, route global calls, support mail/hospitality/facilities, prepare conference rooms and catering, maintain reception and pantry areas, and cross-train across office services to ensure smooth daily operations.
