Own and grow Thatch Market’s partner ecosystem by managing existing relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, sourcing and closing strategic healthcare and service partners, and structuring commercial agreements. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to launch partnerships, resolve issues, and drive long-term partner success.

Lead and scale Thatch’s Employer Support organization by hiring, coaching, and developing support teams. Set operational strategy, metrics, processes, and accountability while partnering with sales, go-to-market, and operations leaders. Analyze and report team performance, manage complex operational initiatives, strengthen policies and training, and foster a customer-first culture. The role supports employer and broker stakeholders in a rapidly growing, distributed healthcare technology company.

Lead product and brand design strategy across the company, build and develop a high-performing design team, establish creative direction, raise design quality, simplify complex healthcare experiences, and partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver high-impact work.
