The HR Compliance Lead will oversee multi-state HR compliance, manage investigations, develop processes for worker management, and conduct audits while partnering with legal on employment law adherence.

Lead and scale the engineering organization: own technical strategy, delivery, and operational maturity. Build and mentor a team, define engineering standards, drive DevOps and infrastructure reliability, manage technical debt and incident response, and contribute hands-on to architecture and implementation to enable rapid, reliable marketplace growth.
