Own end-to-end video and multimedia storytelling for Avathon’s industrial AI brand. Develop concepts, scripts, shoots, lighting, editing, animation, social content, executive narratives, product launches, customer stories, and campaigns. Translate complex AI and industrial technology into compelling visual narratives, establish brand identity, repurpose productions into high-impact assets, and use AI-native creative workflows. The role requires regular headquarters presence in Pleasanton, California, plus domestic and international travel for customer, executive, event, and field productions.

Own customer-facing Product Lifecycle Management implementations for Avathon’s AI platform. Configure PLM workflows, BOM structures, change management, integrations, data pipelines, dashboards, and user experiences across engineering and manufacturing environments. Lead onsite discovery, process mapping, design validation, training, go-live readiness, hypercare, adoption measurement, and continuous improvement. Serve as the primary client contact while documenting implementation practices and identifying expansion opportunities. The role requires deep PLM expertise, strong UX and workflow design capabilities, and extensive travel.

Leads Avathon’s Energy sales strategy while personally closing transformational enterprise deals and managing 2–3 Account Executives. Responsibilities include penetrating strategic energy accounts, building executive relationships, leading complex sales cycles, developing business cases, mentoring sales staff, forming strategic partnerships, and collaborating with product and engineering teams. The role targets oil and gas, utilities, power generation, renewables, and energy infrastructure customers, with responsibility for new-logo acquisition and ambitious revenue growth.

Oversee ASC 606 revenue recognition for SaaS contracts, including contract review, allocation, and revenue schedules. Support month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, consolidation, and financial reporting. Lead accounting process automation, documentation, controls, and policy improvements. Coordinate external audits and respond to auditor requests. Collaborate cross-functionally while improving data quality and administering revenue accounting systems.

Drive enterprise sales execution and relationship management with Saudi Aramco and Aramco Digital. Build account penetration plans, leverage stakeholder relationships, originate and progress opportunities, navigate vendor and local-content requirements, support proposals and contract execution, maintain Salesforce pipeline data, and represent Avathon at industry events. The role requires an established Aramco network, complex enterprise deal experience, Arabic and English fluency, and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.

Drive new business and pipeline growth across Middle East industrial accounts, particularly Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Power Generation. Build executive relationships, lead consultative sales cycles, develop operational improvement business cases, leverage channel partnerships, and present Avathon’s Industrial AI platform and use cases. Maintain Salesforce and HubSpot data, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel approximately 30–50% to Saudi Arabia.
