Architect the solid-state transformer platform for gigawatt-scale AI data centers. Select converter topologies and semiconductor strategies, lead power electronics, magnetics, and controls engineers through hardware development, define MVDC system interfaces, create prototype roadmaps, evaluate build-versus-partner options, and develop vendor, laboratory, and university partnerships. Own technical trade-offs involving efficiency, redundancy, manufacturability, device availability, and MW-scale system integration.

Own hardware new product introduction programs from kickoff through rate production for racks, gear, or power conversion products.
