Own consumables procurement for data-center sites: set stocking strategies, standardize SKUs, negotiate national/regional supply agreements, and build automated replenishment tied to consumption data to prevent stockouts while minimizing inventory. Drive vendor consolidation and continuous improvement across multiple sites.
