Deliver end-to-end technical consulting for Wrike customers: design and implement integrations, lead enterprise data migrations, build API and iPaaS solutions, create automation and monitoring, produce technical documentation and runbooks, and enable adoption through training and knowledge transfer.

Manage and grow a portfolio of established SaaS accounts through consultative selling, outbound prospecting, full sales-cycle management, tailored demos, and strategic account plans. Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions teams, use sales tools to drive expansion, and consistently meet revenue targets.

Leads Wrike’s global GTM Operations function across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. Responsibilities include revenue planning, quota allocation, territory design, capacity modeling, retention and growth program management, executive operating cadences, commercial governance, and deal-process optimization. The role manages a global team of up to 15 operations partners and analysts while advising executive leadership on SaaS metrics, forecasting, compensation, and cross-functional revenue execution.

Lead and coach a team of senior Customer Success Managers for North America Enterprise. Protect and grow enterprise revenue by driving retention, reducing churn, and uncovering expansion. Build playbooks and proactive intervention strategies, use data to forecast risks and optimize portfolios, and act as executive escalation and cross-functional partner to ensure successful customer journeys and renewals.

Own full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales to land and expand large accounts (10,000+ employees). Lead discovery, presentations to C-suite, negotiate contracts, forecast pipeline, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage legal/procurement/security processes, drive upsell/cross-sell, and ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success.
