Design and deliver PCB schematics and layouts from concept to production for high-reliability systems. Own component selection, schematic capture, placement, routing, DFM/DFT, prototype bring-up, testing, and documentation while ensuring EMI/EMC, thermal, and signal integrity compliance and collaborating with mechanical, firmware, and manufacturing teams.

Lead rapid prototyping, perform system bring-up and troubleshooting of power, networking, sensors, and compute subsystems, run dockside and sea trials, interface with suppliers/fabrication shops, and document and train for scalable deployment.

Provide senior legal counsel on U.S. and international maritime law, autonomy regulations, ROE/LOAC, export controls, and treaty matters. Advise executives, support international engagements, manage compliance programs, oversee external counsel, and lead crisis responses for operational incidents while enabling global deployments and partnerships.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional enterprise technology programs. Own scope, timelines, budgets, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and reporting while coordinating engineering, enterprise apps, finance, HR, manufacturing, and security to ensure governed, secure, and timely delivery.

Lead design, deployment, and lifecycle management of hybrid data center infrastructure. Administer Windows and Linux systems, implement backup and disaster recovery, optimize storage/compute/virtualization, integrate with cloud platforms, monitor and troubleshoot performance, ensure security/compliance, document systems, and participate in on-call rotation.

Design user-centered interfaces and end-to-end experiences for autonomous surface vessels.
