Define, build, and scale supplier quality and supply chain systems. Translate manufacturing and quality needs into scalable software requirements and workflows, evaluate and deploy off-the-shelf tools, partner with engineering to implement internal tools, and build processes for supplier qualification, nonconformance handling, CAPA, and performance management while driving data visibility and continuous improvement.

Lead technical direction for mechanical engineering across perception hardware, marine systems, integration, and structures. Lead regulatory and litigation work for a defense-focused autonomy company, supporting litigation strategy, regulatory filings (export controls, acquisition), and federal legislative engagement. Advise senior leadership, draft and analyze legislation, engage Congress and agencies, and collaborate cross-functionally on legal, policy, and product issues.

Manage and optimize material flow for autonomous surface vessel production and NPI. Forecast demand, maintain ERP/MRP-driven material requirements, drive BOM maturity and change management, mitigate material risks, govern master data, monitor readiness metrics, lead shortage resolution, and ensure DoD compliance for production schedules.

Provide high-level administrative support to leadership including calendar and travel management, stakeholder communication, meeting coordination and minute-taking, expense tracking, document management, and ad hoc projects while maintaining strict confidentiality in a fast-paced startup environment.

Maintain and extend the Palantir Foundry platform, collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements, build secure, timely data models and integrations using Foundry, and support analytics, CI/CD, and product lifecycle workflows in Agile environments.

Design, test, and implement electrical systems for autonomous vessels. Support prototyping, design for manufacturability, resolve manufacturing discrepancies, participate in reviews, source vendors, and drive system-level reliability and manufacturability improvements.

Design, integrate, and test auxiliary and propulsion support systems for autonomous surface vessels, including fuel, cooling, HVAC, hydraulics, piping, and auxiliary machinery. Create layouts, select components, run system analyses and tests, support builds, troubleshoot, and improve designs for harsh maritime environments.

Create and maintain detailed 3D models and 2D production drawings (GD&T, tolerances, materials) for marine/defense mechanical systems. Support design for manufacturability, maintain CAD libraries, collaborate with engineers and fabricators, iterate from field test feedback, and ensure compliance with DoD/MIL-SPEC requirements for prototyping and production.
