Collaborate with engineers and production, translate complex concepts into clear SOPs and work instructions, ensure DoD and industry standard compliance, review/edit documents, update documentation from feedback, and manage multiple documentation projects. Portfolio required.

Develop and optimize fiberglass composite manufacturing processes for autonomous surface vessels. Troubleshoot production issues, ensure manufacturability, create process documentation and work instructions, implement lean improvements, support tooling design and quality control, ensure safety/compliance, and train production staff.

Design and deliver PCB schematics and layouts from concept to production for high-reliability systems. Own component selection, schematic capture, placement, routing, DFM/DFT, prototype bring-up, testing, and documentation while ensuring EMI/EMC, thermal, and signal integrity compliance and collaborating with mechanical, firmware, and manufacturing teams.

Lead full lifecycle M&A and strategic investment activities: source targets, run diligence, build valuation and financial models, negotiate and close deals, integrate acquisitions, and present recommendations to senior leadership while collaborating across functional teams.
