Define and execute system-level reliability and risk-based verification for autonomous weapon platforms. Plan and analyze environmental and performance tests, identify failure modes, lead root-cause investigations across hardware/software interfaces, track reliability growth, support requirements verification, and drive corrective actions and safety-informed system improvements.

Develop embedded C/C++ firmware for digital control of power electronics (DC-DC converters, voltage regulation, power distribution). Use SPICE and MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and validation, collaborate on hardware bring-up and lab debugging, and optimize efficiency, stability, and thermal performance through firmware and control algorithm improvements.

Lead and build the FP&A function: own financial planning, rolling forecasts, scenario and sensitivity analyses, board/investor reporting, monthly variance analysis, and cash forecasting. Partner with Manufacturing, Government Contracts, and Operations to maintain budgets, design FP&A systems and templates, and mentor analysts as the function scales.

Design and execute system-level test plans for autonomous weapon platforms, run integrated hardware/software evaluations, capture and post-process data, debug and isolate faults, improve test procedures and instrumentation, and produce defensible evidence packages to support requirement closure.

Lead and scale a manufacturing engineering team to design, build, and optimize production lines for ruggedized autonomous defense systems. Drive Lean and DFM initiatives, translate designs into SOPs, select manufacturing hardware, and manage the roadmap from prototype to full-scale deployment.

Hands-on role integrating electrical subsystems, performing system bring-up, debugging Linux and STM32 firmware, diagnosing signal and power issues with lab instrumentation, developing and executing test procedures, supporting field testing, building test fixtures and automation, and validating hardware revisions.
