Design and produce print, digital, and environmental brand assets for restaurants, hotels, and retail. Maintain multi-brand systems, prepare production-ready files, coordinate with printers and fabricators, develop pre-opening mockups, manage asset libraries, and collaborate with marketing, web, operations, and leadership to ensure consistent experiential branding.

Partner with operators and leadership to design hiring strategies, maintain ATS records, track recruiting metrics, support ATS implementation, and represent the employer at events. Support seasonal and new-concept hiring, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to onboarding and retention initiatives.

Lead delivery of hotel development and pre-opening projects, managing schedules, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Serve as primary liaison for stakeholders, conduct site visits, oversee TSA billing, and ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality project completion.

Serve as strategic HR leader for MML corporate group, partnering with executives on org design and headcount. Oversee multi-state compliance, employee relations, HRIS (Paylocity) optimization, compensation and benefits administration, standardized onboarding/performance/offboarding, and culture and training initiatives that reinforce the hospitality-driven brand.
