Owns the full lifecycle of assigned customer relationships, including onboarding, retention, satisfaction, issue resolution, and growth. Serves as a trusted advisor to law enforcement clients, helping them maximize software value through consultations, demonstrations, briefings, and best-practice guidance. Identifies account risks and growth opportunities, tracks customer-success metrics, supports escalations, and collaborates with sales, training, and internal teams. Regular travel to customer locations is required.
