Leads the Creative Group’s production department, overseeing employees, contractors, systems, processes, performance, training, and workforce development. Partners with leadership, Business Development, Operations, and clients to improve efficiency, profitability, service quality, sales growth, forecasting, pricing, supplier contracts, and client outcomes. Responsibilities include data collection and processing, semantic modeling, warehouse and pipeline development, query optimization, governance, analytics enablement, and stakeholder collaboration. The role provides actionable insights from complex travel data and builds integrated analytics applications using cloud platforms and business intelligence tools.

Own regional execution of the Candidate Travel Program, align regional delivery to global policies and SLAs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, monitor workflows and performance, manage escalations, drive automation and reporting improvements, support capacity planning and business reviews, and coach regional program teams to ensure consistent candidate experience.

Lead and support a network of independent travel advisors across Luxury, Cruise, Contemporary, and Hosted Corporate & Entertainment communities. Build relationships, recruit and onboard advisors, coach for growth, collaborate cross-functionally, drive luxury sales initiatives, promote tools and partner programs, and track performance metrics.

Complete accurate, cost‑effective domestic and international travel arrangements using corporate contracts and preferred suppliers. Support multiple accounts, adhere to company procedures and client travel policies, provide first‑level customer and technical support, and attend trainings and staff meetings.

Coordinate and manage group air travel for large incentive programs, ensuring compliant ticketing, best fares, and attendee communication. Monitor flights, support on-call during travel dates, manage air budgets, mentor teammates, and follow company SOPs and client requirements.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines ingesting travel-related data from multiple sources. Integrate and model data in cloud warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift), implement data quality and monitoring, support real-time streaming, and ensure data governance and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and product teams to deliver reliable datasets for personalization, forecasting, and optimization.

Manage and secure the Microsoft 365 tenant, including Entra ID/AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Power Platform. Perform tenant and data migrations, implement SSO, create documentation and training, support operations and security initiatives, and provide escalation support while evaluating scalability and adoption of new M365 capabilities.
