Lead engineering execution to scale core platform (inventory, reconciliation, ledgers, procurement, fulfillment, pricing), build internal tooling and customer integrations, and direct AI-native development where AI writes most code. Architect, review, and maintain AI-generated systems and agentic workflows, own AI observability and cost, and lead a small player-coach engineering team in person in Salt Lake City.
