Leads HITT’s registered apprenticeship program across multiple states, trades, and projects. Oversees governance, apprentice enrollment and progression, instruction, mentorship, budgets, KPIs, compliance, audits, and workforce reporting. Ensures alignment with Department of Labor, state agencies, Davis-Bacon, CHIPS, IRA, prevailing wage, certified payroll, and NCCER requirements. Builds partnerships with industry, education, and workforce organizations; develops instructors and craft mentors; expands skilled-trades pathways and learning programs.
