Manages commercial and consumer loan portfolios, including underwriting, loan presentations, annual reviews, renewals, increases, payment monitoring, borrower negotiations, and loan closings. Ensures approved terms are followed and portfolios align with client goals and risk tolerance. The role also requires compliance training, financial analysis, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Supports the bank's Operational Risk Management program by performing risk assessments, identifying control gaps, monitoring internal controls and loss events, maintaining the GRC platform, drafting policies, preparing reports for management, and coordinating with business lines, ERM, IT, Compliance, and Audit.
