Own enterprise customer relationships and the day-to-day success of AI engineering deployments. Partner with customers and field deployment engineers to resolve issues, prioritize work, capture use cases, shape product roadmaps, and drive account expansion. The role requires technical and commercial fluency, direct experience with enterprise AI deployments, and substantial customer-site travel.

Lead customer deployments of Archie by designing and building end-to-end AI solutions, integrating engineering data and tools, fine-tuning models with customer data, validating performance, collaborating with subject-matter experts, and troubleshooting live production issues to ensure customer success.

Define the product experience for an AI engineering agent. Design interaction patterns, prototypes, and design systems; run user sessions, iterate on flows, partner with engineers, and translate ambiguous technical conversations into clear product interfaces.
