Perform end-to-end security assessments, evaluate SOC 2/ISO reports and contracts, map vendor risk to compliance obligations (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, EU AI Act), implement tooling and automation, establish SLAs/tiering/monitoring, and drive risk decisions and remediation.

Own the full sales cycle to drive new business and quota attainment. Build and maintain pipeline from inbound and outbound efforts, deliver technical demos, consultatively tailor solutions, gather competitive intelligence, develop partner relationships, and help create repeatable sales processes while collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success.

Design, build, and operate internal agentic workflows on OpenRouter to automate support or GTM operations. Integrate with ticketing/CRM systems, ensure reliability via evals, guardrails, and monitoring, measure automation impact, and iterate with support, GTM, and engineering teams.

Conduct original research on LLM evaluation, routing optimization, and usage patterns using billions of generations. Design evaluation frameworks and experiments, build statistical foundations for routing systems, run large-scale empirical studies, and translate findings into product improvements while collaborating with engineers, product teams, and external researchers.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive adoption and revenue growth for AI solutions, manage Enterprise accounts, and ensure customer success through strategic execution and relationship management.
