Develops partnership strategies, drives funded wallets and trader acquisition, analyzes performance metrics, optimizes campaigns, collaborates on promotional content, manages affiliate tracking technology, and owns program improvements. Requires crypto-focused affiliate marketing expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication skills.

Lead Phantom's visual identity and storytelling across campaigns, social, partnerships, and product. Set creative strategy and brand guidelines, manage and mentor a brand and motion design team, collaborate with marketing/product/communications, drive culturally relevant creative, and use insights and performance data to refine work and scale impact.

Lead copywriting and creative development across product and brand marketing. Create and edit copy for digital channels, campaigns, and communications while maintaining brand voice and consistency. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, use performance data to optimize messaging, monitor industry trends, and influence cross-functional initiatives.

Lead end-to-end brand design across campaigns, product launches, social, and high-visibility moments. Evolve Phantom's visual identity and design system, translate briefs into creative work, partner with Growth/Marketing/Product, present to stakeholders, and introduce scalable processes and AI tools to improve creative output.

Lead partnerships, strategic intelligence, and M&A for Phantom. Drive BD strategy across growth, monetization, and platform expansion; own revenue targets; source and execute M&A and partnership deals end-to-end; build market intelligence and an actionable pipeline of inorganic opportunities; partner cross-functionally to integrate and scale new capabilities.
