Own the full enterprise sales cycle for strategic commercial and national accounts, acquiring new logos and expanding multi-site partnerships. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals with owners, developers, retailers, and builders; develop ROI-based business cases; navigate executive relationships, procurement, and security reviews; and convert pilots into portfolio-wide rollouts. Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline hygiene, collaborate cross-functionally on implementations, and provide market insights to shape PermitFlow’s enterprise go-to-market strategy.

Supports building permit applications and administrative operations by reviewing documents, maintaining accurate records, tracking emails and submissions, researching requirements, following up with stakeholders, identifying errors, escalating issues, and managing deadlines across multiple projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, initiative, accountability, and comfort with repetitive administrative work, government processes, permitting software, AI tools, and spreadsheets.

Own analytics for Customer Success and Operations by translating ambiguous business questions into metrics, reports, dashboards, and PRDs. Partner with senior leaders, CSMs, Analytics Engineers, and Operations teams to improve retention, permit turnaround, and organizational scalability. Build self-service dashboards, develop dbt models, document analytics assets, prioritize high-impact requests, and use LLM tools to accelerate SQL, reporting, and data-model development.

Own full sales cycle for national owners, developers, and retailers: acquire new enterprise logos, expand multi-site programs, convert pilots to portfolio-wide partnerships, build ROI-backed business cases, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain pipeline and forecasting, and support on-site rollouts and customer engagements.
