Leads and personally executes creative development across digital, print, retail, packaging, eCommerce, CRM, social, and sales channels. Maintains brand standards, develops integrated campaigns, manages production and versioning, directs external creative partners, supports packaging and retail initiatives, and establishes scalable creative workflows. Partners cross-functionally across multiple markets, presents concepts to leadership, manages creative projects, and mentors designers while balancing quality, speed, compliance, and business objectives.

Designs, deploys, and maintains AI-driven automation across Accounting and Finance. Automates reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, close processes, and other accounting workflows; integrates ERP, POS, inventory, FP&A, and data warehouse systems; improves data integrity and reporting speed; and leads automation initiatives from pilot through enterprise rollout. The role also establishes standardized frameworks, monitors workflow performance, defines ROI roadmaps, and partners cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and Operations.
