Manage end-to-end fundraising and donor reporting for 12+ donors, draft proposals and budgets, maintain donor pipeline, prepare leadership briefing materials, synthesize program data into impact narratives, coordinate quarterly and ad hoc reports, conduct market mapping, improve fundraising processes (including AI solutions), and support board-level fundraising materials. Requires cross-team coordination with CEO, Chief of Staff, and program teams.
