The Program Manager oversees client projects, manages timelines, builds client relationships, and ensures project goals are met while mentoring team members.

Design, develop, and evaluate conversational AI agents and generative AI products. Collaborate with AI scientists, ML engineers, and Responsible AI/Model Validation teams to ensure state-of-the-art, ethical solutions and support deployment and integration of conversational systems.

Lead implementation and sustainment of Press Ganey's Clinical Operating System (cOS). Assess workflows, coach leaders and frontline teams on daily management, embed technology into care routines, partner with product/engineering/analytics, reduce manual work through better design and automation, and build scalable playbooks and delivery models.
