The role requires staying current on End User Computing trends and participating in customer engagements and industry events across assigned regions.

Drafts, reviews, and negotiates customer agreements covering software licensing, cloud-hosted services, and professional services. Advises Deal Management and Sales teams on contract modifications, commercial risks, contract interpretation, customer concerns, and disputes. Collaborates with legal, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders, independently resolving routine matters while escalating novel or higher-risk issues. Requires strong legal drafting, negotiation, communication, risk mitigation, and prioritization skills.
