Provides Tier 1 customer support across benefits, HR, recruiting, payroll, and time and leave services. Resolves customer issues through research, requirement clarification, first-contact resolution, case management, database updates, and customer education. Maintains knowledge through training, supports service improvements, and works effectively in a structured, performance-based environment. The role is fully onsite and requires flexibility to work scheduled shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday.
