The Engineer will support design and procurement of test data instrumentation systems, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on testing requirements and data acquisition systems.

Lead industrial engineering for factory modeling, simulation, and optimization using DELMIA/3DEXPERIENCE. Produce capacity models, design layouts, identify bottlenecks, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain digital traceability, and mentor team members to meet production and safety targets.

Lead strategy and execution for test instrumentation and data systems across material, structural, mechanical/electrical, and flight testing. Manage installation, calibration, DAQ, telemetry, data visualization, configuration control, and regulatory compliance. Mentor a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with engineering and certification, troubleshoot instrumentation issues, and oversee resources, budgets, and continuous improvement.
